We happily introduce you to a special longhorn that we have for only one reason - we just like her and this is where she will live her life.

Simpatica is a "straight" WR longhorn purchased from the government herd at the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. She just turned 3, is skinny, and will never sport 80" of horn. That's not a mystery since she is a real Texas Longhorn. She is what longhorns are supposed to look like before the evolution of the "Franken Cows". We enjoy the historical perspective she represents. Her demeanor is great and she enjoys being here. She has produced two spectacular calves to-date with more expected.
